The Stars Aligned

I actually went for a run this morning. I put my stuff downstairs last night and set my cell phone alarm. I promised myself that if I got up early to run I could get to work early and then I would have time to run by a Chicago Dog place that I heard about from Carrie before I went to class. I love Chicago style hot dogs!

I also decided to take my dog, Maggie, with me this morning. When I first started running I took her with me almost every day and having her with me made it so much fun. She has so much more energy than I do and I don't think I have ever worn her out while on a run.

I ran/walked for 20 minutes and it sprinkled the entire time. It was so much fun! I know Maggie had fun because when we came back inside she looked like this.

Such a happy dog!

I need to get the pictures together from this weekend and then I'll tell you all about it. But the short version is everyone had fun and the blanket and bear were a big hit! Oh, I had to turn on Word Verificaiton in the comments, I was getting too many spam comments.
