I ran outside yesterday. I did it the safe way and ran in a park. Plus I got my new heart rate monitor in the mail Tuesday night! I just had to try it out. I love knowing exactly how hard I am working. Sometimes I have a hard time pushing myself hard enough. Yesterday was a beautiful day, perfect for a run in the park. My main goal was to keep my heart rate in the right range, so I didn't run the entire time. Actually to be truthfully I barely ran at all, but the HRM said I was working as hard as I was supposed to. I ran today at the gym as well. I did more running there because I didn't have any inclines to mess with. I think this is the most excited I have been about running in a long time.
