Getting back on track

I had a reasonably good run today. I ran for 20 minutes again, but the last 5 minutes were hard. But I got through and covered 1.34 miles in 20 min and 1.87 miles total. I am looking forward to my first run outside this weekend. I need to run 1.5 miles on Saturday. So that means that I need to get out there and measure .75 miles from my house. That way I can run an out and back course. No excuses about how I don't have time to drive to the park! I am going to get a weight workout in tomorrow. My first one in a while. I hope I haven't lost too much ground.
