I haven't done any weight workouts in a while. I was wimpy today! What normally is just moderately hard was very hard, at least the upper body exercises. I think I may have to up the weights for the lower body exercises! YAY ME! So actually I wasn't all that wimpy, just mostly wimpy.
I am supposed to get together with a friend tomorrow after work to go to the gym. I am hoping that she doesn't wimp out on me or I may cave in and not get a run in tomorrow. I think I am really starting to enjoy this running thing again.
