More Dog Torture

I finally got Maggie to walk in the snow while wearing her little boot, and it stayed on! If she started running, it would slip down a little, but I think a little velcro strap could fix that. I did manage to get a picture this time too.

You can see that her ears are straight back, and she is sticking her foot with the boot out. I didn't pose her that way, I think she is trying to get the thing as far away from her as possible! And when she walks she kind of shakes her foot every few steps. It is so funny!

Here is a picture of the boot itself for anyone interested. I think the next one is going to be just a little smaller, and will have a turned heel. I think velcro will make it much easier to put on and take off.

I've gotten a lot of hits lately for the Two Color Brioche Scarf lately, and I've had a request for the pattern. The pattern I used is copywrited by Borealis Yarns, so I can't post the pattern. I am going to check with them to see if I can post just the stich pattern. Stay tuned!
