I had such a bad run today. I didn't even make it for 10 minutes before my calves started to cramp up! I'm not sure what I did wrong. There was a girl running next to me that was running very fast, so maybe I was trying to keep up with her. But my treadmill was only set at 4.0. So I'm not real sure what happened. I have to travel tomorrow, but I might have time for a bike ride in the morning. I will be in DC until Saturday afternoon and my hubby is coming with me. I am going for training so it should be a relaxed trip. I just hope I can eat reasonably and get some exercise in. I am supposed to do 2 miles this weekend. I'm not sure I am going to be able to do it.
How was your hydration? Not enough fluids can sometimes cause muscle cramps.
