I haven't exercised since before I got sick about a week and a half ago. But I did run for 10 minutes today. I'm not sure how far I got during the running part, but I was on the treadmill for almost 30 minutes and I covered 1.5 miles. I guess this is a reasonably good start to getting back into running after my short break. I just hope this stops my slide into being a total bum again.
